About Impact NW

Impact NW is an anti-racist, culturally-responsive, trauma-informed social service nonprofit dedicated to preventing houselessness in Portland, OR. AKA Science became a program of Impact NW in 2011 and contributes to Impact NW's mission of strengthening Portland communities by bringing fun, hands-on, after-school science and outdoor daycamp enrichment to elementary and early middle school students atmore than 60 under-resourced SUN Community Schools and Boys & Girls Clubs across Portland.
